Colorado cuisine is full of flavor and normally served with a local brew. There is something for everyone… even your four legged friends. Here is a list of my go-to eats:

The Pantry: Breakfast Located in the village of Green Mountain Falls you can enjoy live music during your breakfast in the summer. Located on the GMF lake, this romantic setting is often used for weddings and proposals. Also, the biscuits and gravy or eggs benedict are an easy choice.

Leo’s Cafe: Breakfast/Lunch Best latte in the area. Free WiFi.

The Mate Factor: Any Late hours and amazingly weird atmosphere coupled with simple but incredible food/drinks. Swing by here on your way to or from Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline, or a day of shopping.

Pub Dog: 4 Legged Friendly Have a beer or a bite to eat while your pups play in the outdoor dog park.

Fern’s Diner: Breakfast/Lunch Heading up Pike’s Peak Highway? Stop by Fern’s for a delicious vegan meal.

Fusion Japan: Lunch/Dinner Sushi and Thai… don’t let the decor fool you, this place is pretty awesome for decently priced Sushi in Colorado.

Fortune Dragon: Lunch/Dinner This woman has been making Chinese food the exact same way since I was a kid… and wow can she cook! Great for late night take out.

Shuga’s: Lunch/Dinner This bougie little house turned restaurant has some of my favorite plates & craft cocktails… try the coconut shrimp soup.

Mona Lisa: Dinner Romance, cheese and chocolate… this old fashioned fondue restaurant is in the heart of Manitou Springs and is sure to inspire an intimate setting.
